Final 6-Week Wedding Coordination
Six weeks before your wedding, you’ll hand over all your planning and coordination to me, allowing you to fully enjoy the lead-up to your big day. I will take over communication with your vendors and suppliers to ensure everything is on track. My coordination covers:
Timelines: From guest arrivals and seating to walking down the aisle, photos, the wedding breakfast, speeches, and the cake cutting in the evening.
Venue Setup: I’ll oversee dressing the venue the night before, sending you a video for approval.
Table Setup: Including placement of wedding favors.
Transport: Coordinating car pick-up times for both the day before and the morning of the wedding.
Guest Management: Organizing arrival times and ushering.
Music: Finalizing your song choices.
Catering: Liaising with venue-based or external caterers.

This package covers everything from our initial meeting—where we’ll discuss your budget, theme, and wedding day goals—right through to the big day itself.
In addition to everything included in the Wedding Coordinator package, I will personally handle the sourcing and booking of your venue and suppliers. Once booked, you’ll receive an invoice detailing all arrangements, ensuring they align perfectly with your vision.
